I'm standing here tonight, in this light For what I have to say I came up here tonight, it feels right Together we're OK They fed my illusions And left no solutions But you catch my fall, you catch my fall. You see me here tonight, there's a fight Raging deep inside I dropped my shield tonight, it's alright Together we can find a way They shattered my hopes And pulled me on their ropes But you catch my fall, you catch my fall I close my eyes and I see the truth Can you help me find my youth? A flicker lights upon what is real I'm turned to stone but with you I can feel You catch my fall A flicker lights upon what is real I'm turned to stone but with you I can feel.

On the Run 04:11
Now that you've become yourself at last Take me to the garden of your soul Take me, hard woman, don't say no Put me to my place with a blast Every boy has a gun Everyone's on the run Everyone on the run Now that you have finally come to terms Take me to the warehouse of your mind Don't you know old haggard scarecrows rule mankind? Feed the tin hopeful to the worms Every boy has a gun Everyone's on the run Everyone on the run But something within us is lurking One thing begins thus converting Strong like a lion, it's bursting Instilling a slight disconcerting hope Every boy has a gun Everyone's on the run Everyone on the run

LYRICS: Maybe I've lost some things that were part of me Maybe I've done some things that have altered me Well, a faint old smile hovers on your lips And your fingertips are dead and raw Well, your hands are cold but your eyes are warm In your heart is a storm that just rips and gnaws No use putting up a fight Hey, did you get too close? Did you feel the fire? Hey, did it draw you in? Did you feel inspired? Maybe I've lost some things that were part of me Maybe I've done some things that have altered me So, you've gained a view on what lies inside You shall not confide though your spirit churns With a hungry heart and a newfound youth Through this door of truths you cannot return No point in putting up a fight Hey, did you get too close? Did you feel the fire? Hey, did it draw you in? Did you feel inspired?

I've been working all day, i mean working out As you can tell by the spring in my step What say you now baby girl, what say you? I've been losing a lot, oh excuse me, losing pounds Don't you like the way I lift off the ground? Try me out sweet baby girl, try me out I need some good time energy I need some drinks to purify me I need some loving, i can see I need you and you and you I get to blow up radios I get to tear the roof in this show I don't need nothing else, but no I need you and you and you. I feel like jumping for joy when i run on the street And if you see me rocking my beat Won't you holler at me girl, yea yea yea You can call it what you will but it don't need a name I'm on my way so get out of my lane This ain't the time to settle down, no no no I need some good time energy I need some drinks to purify me I need some loving, i can see I need you and you and you I get to blow up radios I get to tear the roof in this show I don't need nothing else, but no I need you and you and you.

Trains (free) 03:26
Lyrics: "Train set and match spied under the blind Shiny and contoured the railway winds And I've heard the sound from my cousin's bed The hiss of the train at the railway head Always the summers are slipping away A 60 ton angel falls to the earth A pile of old metal, a radiant blur Scars in the country, the summer and her Always the summers are slipping away Find me a way for making it stay When I hear the engine pass I'm kissing you wide The hissing subsides I'm in 'love' When the evening reaches here You're tying me up I'm dying of love It's OK"

about

Newfound Youth is an album that touches on one's personal journey dealing with struggles and experiences that we face progressing through life. From wading through inner confusion to taking comfort in the strength and unity of a team effort in "Catch My Fall" we sometimes cannot help but be subjected to the cynical harsh realizations of modern society and values as demonstrated in "On the Run." The album takes the listener on a journey down the "Yellow Brick Road" to realize one can find solace and hope by kindling inner passions in "Feel the Fire" thereby stressing the point that we are alive and can choose to live in a world as we create it. Ending on an optimistic note "Blow Up Radios" embraces the feelings of empowerment, inner youth, and living life to the fullest despite the uncertainty of the future.
